Fabhooks provides international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands throughout the world. Nothing is more important to us than providing excellent value and service to our clients. We will continue to expand in order to satisfy the demands of all of our customers, providing service that exceeds all expectations everywhere on the planet.

How do you ship packages?

Most of our packages are shipped from our warehouse in China and we use ePacket or EMS depending on the weight, size and price of the product. For few products we offer shipping services from our US warehouse and we use USPS as our shipping partner. As soon we ship your product, we send you an email with the tracking id.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 200 destinations worldwide. However, we are unable to delivery to certain places. We will contact you if you are located in one of those countries.

What about customs?

Buyer will be sole responsible for custom fees once the items have been shipped from our warehouse. By ordering our products, you agree to have one or more goods shipped to you, and that you may be charged customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes an email will be sent to you with the tracking number once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. Your order can be tracked here 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

You need not to worry as few shipping companies takes 2-5 business days to update the tracking information in their systems. If you don’t see any updates in tracking after 5 days of you receiving the tracking number, we will recommend to contact us. Don’t worry we got you covered until you receive your packet (few exceptions apply) 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
