We at Fabhooks have a very cool and friendly work environment. We work as a family here and make sure we help each other to achieve our goals which are keeping our customers happy and satisfied.
I am Shaveta and here are a few of my duties as CEO of the Fabhooks:
- Coordinate with our team and vendors to make sure the site and warehouses are in the best shape.
- Meet manufacturers to make sure we get the best quality and rates.
- Meet with our support team to make sure we are taking care of issues raised by our customers.
- Meet with our quality expert to make sure we are taking care of quality standards.
Sugandha is our social media and marketing expert. Here are her day-to-day duties as our Marketing and Social Media Manager:Â
- Handles our social media accounts.
- Strategize the marketing and social appearance operations.
- Respond to customer queries on social media.
- Plan advertisements and site analytics
Harshit is our Operations Manager and our goto person for any IT or warehouse related queries or issues:
- He very efficiently manages our IT infrastructure, Cloud, DNS, and other IT operations.
- He takes care of warehoused and our products stored in the warehouse.
- He makes sure our site is safe to use and payment gateways are super secure.Â
Sam is our support lead and go-to person for user queries. He is one of the coolest person I have ever met and the best to work with:Â
- All our support queries are logged in the Freshdesk support portal and Sam assigns the tickets to team members.
- He himself checks the status of tickets on daily basis and makes sure customers are being helped to their best.
- He works with vendors and manufactures contacts in case there are any issues with the products.
- He is our main todo guy for any shipping-related stuff.
